Getting sign-up details right
Most account headaches start at registration. When you create a Zus88 account:
- Use a phone number you will keep — it is your recovery key.
- Enter your name exactly as your bank shows it.
- Add a bank account in your own name only.
- Choose a password you have never used elsewhere.
Problem → fix
| Problem | Quickest safe fix |
|---|---|
| Forgot password | Use "Forgot password", verify by SMS, choose a new unique password |
| Account locked after wrong attempts | Wait before retrying; then reset password |
| OTP not arriving | Check signal and number, wait 60 seconds, resend; check SMS filters |
| Lost phone / SIM | Get a replacement SIM from your telco, then reset password |
| Changed phone | Reinstall app or Home Screen shortcut; sign in with same details |
| Need to change bank account | Contact support; new account must be in your name |
| Can't remember username | Ask support; be ready to verify your registered details |
Moving to a new phone
- Before switching, confirm you know your username and password.
- Move your SIM (or keep the same number) so OTPs still reach you.
- Install the app from the official page or add the Home Screen shortcut.
- Sign in, then log out of and reset the old phone before selling or giving it away.
If you think your account was accessed
- Change your password immediately from a device you trust.
- Check recent activity — logins, deposits, withdrawals, bank details.
- Contact support through the channel in your account and report it.
- If you typed a banking OTP or PIN anywhere suspicious, call your bank now.
- Scan your phone for unknown apps, especially any "modded" APK.
Monthly account health check
- Is my registered phone number still correct?
- Is the bank account on file still mine and still active?
- Do I recognise every login and transaction in my history?
- Have I changed my password in the last few months?
- Is my spending still within the budget I set?
Five habits that prevent most problems
- Bookmark the real login page and use only that.
- Never share OTPs — not with friends, agents or "support".
- Lock your phone with PIN, fingerprint or face unlock.
- Don't save your password on shared devices.
- Review your account history once a week.
Updating your details safely
Need to change your phone number or bank account? Do it through support channels shown inside your account. Expect to verify your identity — that step protects you, because it stops someone else from redirecting your withdrawals. Make changes before your next deposit or withdrawal to avoid delays.
Using Zus88 on two devices
You can usually sign in on a phone and a tablet with the same account. Sign out of any device you no longer use, and never stay signed in on a shared or borrowed phone. If you notice a login you don't recognise, change your password straight away.
Beware "account recovery" offers
If a stranger offers to unlock or recover your Zus88 account for a fee, it is a scam. Real support does not charge to reset a password. For app-related login issues, see our APK and iOS guide.
Questions players ask
How do I reset my Zus88 password?
Use the forgot password option on the login screen and verify with the code sent to your registered number. If that number is gone, contact support.
Why is my account locked?
Too many wrong password attempts, a security check, or a terms issue. Wait, then reset your password or ask support.
Can I change my registered phone number?
Usually through support after verifying your identity. Do it before you lose access to the old number if you can.
I think someone logged into my account. What do I do?
Change your password from a safe device, log out other sessions if possible, check your history and contact support.
